HATSUNE MIKU - 10TH ANNIVERSARY NOODLE STOPPER FIGURE

The figure is great, but they lost my info for the second time and my points along with it! The first time this happened the gentleman behind the counter started me up with another account gave me a small discount for my troubles. He insured me it wouldn’t happen again. And for several years I would come back and my account would work. I had built up enough for a nice discount this time and low and behold they switched to this new system and the female manager behind the counter (name purposely left out) stated several times her did dislike of the new system and my account was yet again lost! This time with my bigger discount. She then a bunch of false hopes which I knew were BS I called her out on them, in which She said she would talk with Jason the owner and someone would reach out to me which I told her that Jason has never bothered to reach out to his customers. Which I was right!!! I asked for a discount for losing my account and she said she couldn’t. What a waste of a position…. And it wasn’t like I was buying a few small priced items and I purchased a couple of figures and some wallscrolls and a few drinks. And would’ve purchased a lot more had I had my discount or given a discount for losing my account. Anyways, pay for these overpriced items if you like, but if anything fails or your hoping for that discount you might as well forget it and don’t expect a call from anyone if anything goes wrong…. The figures themselves are fantastic by the way, the store is fine! The people running it….. Good Luck!
